Ahhh, the end is near... Winter that is.
Well, as the weather starts to turn and the sun warms the skin a little more each day, I find myself daydreaming of my cotton skirts. In a vain attempt to bring Spring blossoming faster, I will get out with the old and in with the new...
Shawls are a great way to transition the weather. They can be warm and they can be cool. Yes, they are so completely versatile. I have been making shawls out of reclaimed sweaters and sweatshirts. I have them in nearly every color and can do custom orders, too.
The shawls can be purchased on the lovely website of all things handmade, Etsy : www.CourtneysCastle.etsy.com
In the meantime, I will try and locate my photos of them...
March 7th, I debut the Spring Collection '09 in Lexington, Kentucky. After that show, I will upload photos.
Happy endings,
C.
